Rajasthan Circular process of application for new-registration And filing of Online Memorandum for Appeal to Appellate Authority

Sub: Regarding process of application for new-registration in accordance with amended rule.

In accordance with amendment made in Rule 12 of RVAT Rules, 2006, some changes have been made in the process of application for registration, which are as follows:-

1. Dealer intending to obtain new registration shall apply in "New Registration Application" provided as "e-Registration (New TIN)" on rajtax web portal. For ready reference, a hand book is provided under the link of "New Registration Application".

2. Dealer will upload the digital photograph alongwith scanned copy of required documents in the space provided in Application in Form VAT-01.

3. Dealer shall digitally sign application in Form VAT-01 and furnish security in cash by e-Payment through e-GRAS. In such cases, dealer is not required to visit the Registration office to submit any document.

4. If application in Form VAT-01 is not digitally signed by the dealer, he shall have to submit duly signed Acknowledgement of Form VAT-01 to the registration office within fifteen days of submission of online application.

5. In case security is not furnished in cash, then the dealer shall have to submit security bond or bank guarantee or NSC in office of the authority competent to grant registration.
